Delete account

You can request deletion even if you no longer have the app. Email us from the address associated with your account with the subject “Delete Doodiary account”. We will verify your identity before deleting data; we will never ask for your password.

In the app: Settings → Delete account.

Deletion removes the account, entries, texts, drawings, earlier versions, diagnostic sources and reports. If generation is in progress, new actions are blocked first and cleanup must finish. A random receipt no longer associated with your account may be retained for 30 days to confirm deletion.
